For reference for particular products we may note in the product description the size of the clothing the model is wearing or when clothing is a smaller or larger make.

Get ready for outdoor adventures, staying toasty and dry with the Crywolf Eco-Puffer. This popular jacket has been proudly filled with Repreve®, an innovative sustainable fibre made from recycled plastic bottles and an ethical alternative to using real down. The packable Eco-Puffer features a Bionic Finish® Eco water repellent coating for extra outdoor protection and comes with its own bag for easy storage.

Order can be picked up from our Kids Store in Orange NSW.
DELIVERY
Orders placed Monday to Friday will be posted within 24 hours of the order being placed (Can be longer in peak periods eg sales). All purchases are posted through Australia Post. With an estimate time of arrival of 3-5 business days from the day the purchase was posted. Delivery will take an extra day to Western Australia and South Australia.

If you are not completely satisfied with your products, let us know & we'll work with you to make it right. We are able to exchange your item for another size, a different product or provide a store credit if the product is returned within 30 days from the purchase date. Please note we recommend that you select your items carefully as we do not refund items if you change your mind or if you have chosen incorrectly. This includes items that you purchase that are the wrong size, wrong colour/style or you simply do not like the item.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase we cannot return your item without it.

Unfortunately our exchange policy does not apply to our sale items section. We recommended you select sale items carefully as we do not refund these items if you have changed your mind or chosen incorrectly. This includes items that you have purchased that are the wrong size, colour, style, as well as if you decide you no longer like item.
